Annabelle completed her Osteopathic training at RMIT University in Melbourne and has since worked alongside many great osteopaths. She enjoys helping patients of all ages, young and old, with a wide range of presentations from acute sporting injuries to ongoing headaches, low back pain, postural strains, childhood development and women’s health issues.
Annabelle is a passionate osteopath dedicated to patient centred care. She views the body and health as an intelligent, dynamic and integrated system in close relationship to its environment. As an osteopath she utilises a range of osteopathic techniques, rehabilitation strategies, individualised care and patient education to help people understand and manage their concerns for the best long-term outcomes.
Outside of osteopathy Annabelle has an ongoing professional contemporary dance practice with a Bachelor of Fine Arts/Dance from the VCA. Her physical training and investigation, injury rehabilitation and various functional movement practices influence her knowledge base, osteopathic practice and patient management.
Annabelle also works with children through disability support care and is currently learning Auslan. She is an inclusive practitioner and believes in equitable access to healthcare. She is an advocate for getting outdoors whenever possible and enjoys taking time out to garden, bike ride and go to yoga.
